Five-day Work Week
A five-day work week, Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. Weekends are yours!
Salary and Bonuses
Attractive salary and bonuses. Tet bonus or 13th-month salary and project performance bonuses.
Your probationary period is 100% of salary.
Leave entitlement ~38 days (15 days annual leave, 12 paid days sick leave and ~11 days public holiday).

What is the mission of Mirai Labs?

Our 360-degree evaluation approach involves gathering feedback from multiple sources, including supervisors, peers, and subordinates, to gain a well-rounded perspective on an employee's performance. This information is then used to determine potential promotions and salary raises based on an individual's contributions and demonstrated abilities.
What are your working hours?
We have set working hours from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
What is the company's preferred work arrangement?
We believe that the power of in-person collaboration is essential, and therefore, we encourage our employees to work on-site.
Where are Mirai Labs' physical offices located?
We're spreading the fun across Vietnam with our three offices located in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, and DaNang!
How long are the employment contract(s) of the company once hired?
Once hired, you will have a one (1) month probationary contract where you work hard to achieve success within the team. After which, a performance evaluation shall be the basis for a full contract. If successful, you are reviewed once at 6 months, then yearly after that.
