5-day work week

Senior Unity Developer

Creative Lead

We also want to give talented game makers from all over a chance to shine and bring their ideas to life. And by using blockchain, we're making sure players have a secure and innovative way to play. Basically, we're on a mission to make amazing games and change the game (pun intended).
At our company, we believe in providing a comprehensive evaluation process for our employees to ensure their growth and development within the organization. Our 360-degree evaluation approach involves gathering feedback from multiple sources, including supervisors, peers, and subordinates, to gain a well-rounded perspective on an employee's performance. This information is then used to determine potential promotions and salary raises based on an individual's contributions and demonstrated abilities.
We have set working hours from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
We believe that the power of in-person collaboration is essential, and therefore, we encourage our employees to work on-site.
We're spreading the fun across Vietnam with our three offices located in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, and DaNang!
Once hired, you will have a one (1) month probationary contract where you work hard to achieve success within the team. After which, a performance evaluation shall be the basis for a full contract. If successful, you are reviewed once at 6 months, then yearly after that.
